2. Jakie dane zbieram i w jakim celu

• Formularz zamówienia — imię, e-mail, opcjonalnie telefon, treść wiadomości, wybrany rodzaj pracy i język strony. Cel: odpowiedź na zapytanie, wycena i realizacja zamówienia. Podstawa: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO (działania przed zawarciem umowy i jej wykonanie). Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale bez imienia, e-maila i wiadomości nie mogę odpowiedzieć.
• Sprzedaż i wysyłka — imię i nazwisko, adres dostawy, telefon, dane do rachunku. Cel: wysyłka i obowiązki podatkowe. Podstawa: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b i c RODO.
• Pomiar skuteczności reklam (Google Tag Manager i Meta Pixel) — tylko jeśli wyrazisz zgodę w banerze cookies. Podstawa: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO. Zgodę możesz w każdej chwili wycofać w „Ustawieniach cookies” w stopce strony.
• Logi serwera — adres IP, data i adres odwiedzonej podstrony. Cel: bezpieczeństwo i działanie strony. Podstawa: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO (prawnie uzasadniony interes).

3. Jak długo przechowuję dane

• Zapytania, które nie zakończyły się zamówieniem — do 12 miesięcy od ostatniego kontaktu.
• Dane zamówień i rachunków — przez okres wymagany przepisami podatkowymi (5 lat od końca roku podatkowego).
• Logi serwera — do 30 dni.
• Dane z Meta Pixel — do wycofania zgody, a po stronie Meta zgodnie z jej zasadami.

4. Komu przekazuję dane

• dostawcy hostingu i poczty e-mail — wyłącznie w celu działania strony i korespondencji;
• firmie kurierskiej — dane potrzebne do doręczenia przesyłki;
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Tag Manager) i Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel) — tylko przy zgodzie na cookies marketingowe. Obie firmy mogą przekazywać dane do USA na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Nie sprzedaję Twoich danych i nie przekazuję ich w innych celach.

5. Pliki cookie i pamięć przeglądarki

• Niezbędne (bez zgody): ca_lang — zapamiętany język strony; ca_consent — Twoja decyzja w sprawie cookies. Oba zapisy są w pamięci przeglądarki (localStorage) i nie trafiają do nikogo.
• Marketingowe (tylko za zgodą): _fbp i inne pliki cookie Meta Pixel — pomiar skuteczności reklam na Facebooku i Instagramie, ważne do 90 dni. Ładuje je Google Tag Manager, który sam nie zapisuje plików cookie, ale przy ładowaniu przekazuje Google Twój adres IP.

Czcionki i zdjęcia są ładowane z mojego serwera — strona nie łączy się z Google Fonts ani innymi zewnętrznymi serwisami, dopóki nie zgodzisz się na cookies marketingowe.

6. Twoje prawa

Masz prawo do dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia oraz do sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na prawnie uzasadnionym interesie. Zgodę możesz wycofać w dowolnym momencie — nie wpływa to na zgodność z prawem wcześniejszego przetwarzania. Masz też prawo wnieść skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. 2. Welche Daten ich verarbeite und warum

• Anfrageformular — Name, E-Mail, optional Telefon, Nachricht, gewählte Werkart und Sprache der Seite. Zweck: Beantwortung der Anfrage, Angebot und Ausführung der Bestellung. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen und Vertragserfüllung). Die Angabe ist freiwillig, ohne Name, E-Mail und Nachricht kann ich jedoch nicht antworten.
• Verkauf und Versand — Vor- und Nachname, Lieferadresse, Telefon, Rechnungsdaten. Zweck: Versand und steuerliche Pflichten. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und c DSGVO.

• Vente et livraison — nom et prénom, adresse de livraison, téléphone, données de facturation. Finalité : expédition et obligations fiscales. Base légale : art. 6, par. 1, points b) et c) du RGPD.
• Mesure de l’efficacité publicitaire (Google Tag Manager et Meta Pixel) — uniquement avec votre consentement dans le bandeau cookies. Base légale : art. 6, par. 1, point a) du RGPD. Vous pouvez retirer votre consentement à tout moment via « Paramètres des cookies » en bas de page.

• Order form — name, email, optional phone number, your message, the type of piece chosen and the site language. Purpose: replying to your enquiry, preparing a quote and fulfilling the order. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract). Providing data is voluntary, but without a name, email and message I can’t reply.
• Sales and shipping — full name, delivery address, phone, invoicing details. Purpose: shipping and tax obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
• Ad performance measurement (Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel) — only if you consent in the cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
• Server logs — IP address, date and page visited. Purpose: security and operation of the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
